Bedrock per project (application inference profiles, permissions boundary, token usage and Cost Explorer spend per model), Claude Code seeded on desktops, bounded job provisioning with real qstat reasons, per-session idle autostop, CRA to Vite / React 19, file browser rebuilt on Cloudscape, RHEL 10 and Rocky 10 compute, Amazon Linux 2 removed, stopped desktop reaper with owner notice and admin exemption (off by default), a pile of scheduler and VDI fixes, and the security tightening in the changelog. Gotchas: the upgrade preflight deletes AL2 software stacks (stops if a session still uses one), and efs-utils on EL10 builds with a rustup toolchain because the distro rust is behind the AWS SDK crates. Tested on idea-dev27: full upgrade-cluster from this tree, scheduler integration suite 215/0, rhel10 and rocky10 jobs, unit suites and pre-commit green.
