Add DFHack 53.12 compatibility and local mod metadata handling

Adds compatibility fixes for newer DFHack / Dwarf Fortress layouts.

Changes:

• Supports dfhack-run.exe in both DF root and hack subfolder.
• Loads GetModMemoryData.lua from the app base directory to avoid stale scripts.
• Supports newer DFHack gui/mod-manager metadata APIs.
• Uses DFHack memory metadata for author, description, version, tags and load-order requirements.
• Prevents crashes when info.txt is missing.
• Prevents UI crashes when no mods are loaded.
• Adds local metadata/details display in the existing description panel.
• Adds basic Dwarf Fortress install auto-detection.

Tested with DFHack 53.12-r1.
