Cherry-picked from #17 onto current main (PR #17's branch base was too old to fast-forward, and the GitHub update-branch API returned a server-side merge conflict). Adds docs/i18n/README.es.md with the first six sections translated (Por qué / Qué es / Estado de mantenimiento / Verlo en acción / Inicio rápido) plus a closing note pointing readers back to the full English README for everything else. Also adds the language switcher to the main README header. Spanish image-alt path corrected (../assets/demo.png → ../assets/demo.png resolves to docs/assets/demo.png from docs/i18n/), and the cross-link back to English fixed from ../README.md to ../../README.md. Two opt-in modules for the commercial/RevOps workflow: - crm-merge (+ /merge-contacts): folds Google Contacts, a LinkedIn export, and vault People/ notes into one local CRM (SQLite + JSON + offline HTML browser). Union-find identity resolution on email / LinkedIn slug / normalized name, with a common-name collision guard. No creds, stdlib, idempotent. - lead-pipeline (+ /build-list): discover -> clean -> dedup-against-CRM -> enrich -> score, one CSV per stage. Deterministic stages run as a stdlib script; discovery/enrichment run as assistant steps over optional MCP. Dedup tags each lead proceed/warm/skip so you never enrich or cold-email a contact you already know. ICP scoring via a tunable JSON rubric.
