adding public rpc urls to example .env
Activating all networks in examples. Currently, if the user asks to perform an action on sepolia, it will fail saying that sepolia is not a supported network.
https://rpc.sepolia.org was timing out

updated example files to include all networks (incl sepolia). changed .env_example sepolia rpc url to one that isn't timing out. tested swaps on base, solana, and eth sepolia |
intermittent issues with network_env='all', reverting to default for now
