Summary

  • add fail-closed handlers for reversible live observations: base darkvision and walking speed, magical-sleep immunity, Charmed-save advantage, spell-group healing bonuses, structural subclass markers, and selected-option stat-based skill bonuses
  • retain only explicitly selected option joins; keep inactive catalogs and presentation metadata inert while routing novel selected mechanics to uncertainty
  • stop weapon property labels such as Sap from appearing as learned per-weapon mastery
  • add the privacy-gated A to B to A differential protocol and first cross-character research corpus

Evidence

  • 322 offline tests pass with ResourceWarning promoted to error
  • package selftest passes
  • compileall and git diff checks pass
  • minimized live Shalia verification confirms walk 35, darkvision 60, magical-sleep immunity, Charmed-save advantage, healing bonus 2, Arcana 3, Religion 5, and Sap property with no learned mastery

Deliberate boundary

The live sheet still reports scoped source omissions across many families plus the known weapon-proficiency/property gaps. This PR removes only directly proven unhandled patterns and does not promote those broader families to trusted.

Review focus

  • selected-option activation evidence and privacy filtering
  • closed restriction-code handling
  • additive report/canonical/seatpack fields
  • structural subclass routing with empty blast radius
