chore: declare family_class = verdict in tool.json - #40

FAMILY.md v2.1 (chaoz23/srdcheck) binds clause 7's agent-first surfaces per member class, and members declare their own class in tool.json rather than having it parsed out of the contract's prose. charactercheck adjudicates character-sheet derivation and returns a ruling with per-stat provenance, so every clause binds it, including --pipe and an MCP server (both already shipped). Without this, chaoz23/srdcheck's family conformance gate reports UNDECLARED_CLASS and declines to evaluate the class-gated surfaces rather than guessing -- guessing "verdict" would invent breaches for a transport, and guessing "transport" would hide real ones for a verdict tool. One line; no formatting churn. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

One-line declaration required by FAMILY.md v2.1 (chaoz23/srdcheck#85).
Clause 7 now binds agent-first surfaces per member class, and a member declares its own class in
tool.json:charactercheck adjudicates character-sheet derivation and returns a ruling with per-stat provenance, so every clause binds it, including --pipe and an MCP server (both already shipped).
The declaration lives in the artifact rather than in FAMILY.md's prose, so tooling reads it without parsing markdown and each repo owns its own classification.
Until this lands, chaoz23/srdcheck's conformance gate reports
UNDECLARED_CLASSfor this repo and declines to evaluate the class-gated surfaces rather than guessing — guessingverdictinvents breaches for a transport, guessingtransporthides real ones for a verdict tool. One line, no reformatting: verified
