dmcheck and table-kit are separating usage errors from the honest lane onto exit 3, per FAMILY.md clause 1 (chaoz23/dmcheck#15, chaoz23/table-kit#1). The waivers come out before the fixes land, as the ratchet requires: a fixed tool still carrying its waiver fails with STALE BASELINE. tablekit's entry is removed entirely -- with #23 already closed and its honest-lane overload gone, table-kit is fully conformant and needs no waivers at all. It is the first member other than srdcheck to reach PASS. Remaining after this: charactercheck HONEST_LANE_OVERLOAD (blocked -- exit 3 is already could-not-retrieve there, so the family precedent does not fit and the code needs deciding) and dmcheck MISSING_PIPE (chaoz23/dmcheck#14).
