feat: add terminal menu and handling for tables

Changes

• Add checkbox selections of elements to include with default values set that will be suitable for most, but also allows for customisation (e.g. if you plan on screenshotting tables at a later date and don't want to include the text in the count).
• Rename all instances of DAO to parser for accuracy.
• Automatically add '.docx' extension if not present and improve error handling when parsing file name.
