Add native DigitalOcean API v2 integration with 15 tools: Droplets (list/get/CPU/memory/bandwidth metrics), managed databases (list/get), load balancers (list/get), firewalls, Kubernetes clusters (list/get), alert policies, domains, and volumes. Includes resource discovery for Droplets in resource maps, gated tool exposure in the infrastructure sub-agent, api_token marked as sensitive, and Settings UI with API token configuration.
