Fix grammar in README.md

Changes

Fixed "pure arithmetics" → "pure arithmetic" (arithmetic is an uncountable noun)
Fixed "manual line layouts needs" → "manual line layout needs" (removed redundant 's')

Details

Both changes correct minor grammar issues:

Line 27: Comment in code example uses correct singular form
In "Use-case 2 APIs" section: Clarify the API description with proper grammar
