门户尚未登记已经发布的 PP-Segmentation 0.1.0。本次新增实例分割分类、目录筛选及详情，补齐独立仓库、npm、Demo和固定发布证据，门户现有6个SDK、52项模型资产。
同时更新当前路线：2D稳定维护，TinyPose和分割首版已交付，接下来先评估PP-YOLOE-R/FCOSR FP32的旋转框独立SDK可行性。继续优先独立SDK，Workflow暂缓。
验证：66项单测、Astro检查与16页构建、12项Playwright桌面/390px检查通过；登记与SDK清单匹配，npm/Release/HTTPS Demo已回读。SDK标准检查required失败0，4项远程规则跳过，推荐项EXAMPLE-003为既有静态发现限制。首次浏览器检查因并发构建污染Vite缓存失败，停止并重启开发服务后全部通过；详情见reports/segmentation/2026-09-18-portal-registry。
