chore(deps): patch development-tree advisories - #27

Upgrade vitest to 4.1.12 and katex to 0.19.1, and add scoped pnpm overrides so jsdom resolves undici 7.30.1, css-tree resolves source-map-js 1.2.2, micromark-extension-math resolves katex 0.19.1, the 0.2.0-rc.2 development pin's dsh-http-proxy resolves undici 8.12.3, and ajv resolves fast-uri 3.1.9 or newer. Host-owned copies on other DSH releases keep their published resolutions; the remaining zod advisory is exact-pinned by upstream dsh-llm on every supported release.

zod <4.6.6(high) via@deepseek-ai/dsh-llm. Every supported DSH release — including upstreammain— exact-pinszod@4.4.3, so no plugin-side override can fix it without diverging every lane from real hosts. Mitigation requires an upstream dsh-llm release bumping zod.Stacked on #26
