Notes

1. Scripts to prepare and preprocess cfDNA sequencing runs using bismark are in 1-preprocessing.
2. Results were combined for analysis (available upon request).
3. Diagrams were generated using cfOC_analysis.Rmd and assembled using patchwork or Adobe Illustrator.
