@grugna this updates this repo to use pypoetry instead of requirements.txt. I am currently using it to load the data into gen3-helm |
Add explicit packages entries to pyproject.toml for the elasticsearch and graph projects so Poetry will include the 'etl' and 'graph' packages when building/distributing. This ensures modules in non-standard layouts are discovered and packaged correctly.

@grugna I never moved this forward but this would likely be useful since the requirements.txt file doesn't allows work on every computer this resolves any pip install issues |

I am creating this PR to keep track of this change since its shifting repos but I still need to test this. I cannot install the gen3_etl/elasticsearch/requirements.txt file on my personal machine due a build error with pyyaml 5.4.1.
