README update

[QCplus]

As I understand correctly there are 3 steps to make GoDotTest work:

1. Install nuget package
2. Create a node that invokes tests if appropriate parameters were given else run game
3. Add VS code config to run debug

It was confusing for me at first that step 2 is after 3 in README. What do you think about moving test node creation info to the 'Setup' section?

Also link to the 'TestEnvironment' class and GoDotTest namespaces were old

Thanks for the link/namespace fixes! I can see the argument for re-ordering the sections as you suggest, but I'm going to ask @jolexxa to take a quick look in case she has any thoughts on that.
