Summary

• strengthen caller-supplied financial-state consistency and provider/failure semantics
• unify material financial risk signals across status and recommendations
• add regression coverage for hardening and policy edge cases
• add minimal GitHub Actions validation, README/logo polish, and clarified OpenAPI/security documentation

Compatibility

• no Marketplace endpoint changes
• no pricing changes: Recommendations 0.01 USDT/call; Policy Guard 0.02 USDT/call
• no ASP or service-registration changes
• existing clients remain compatible

Validation

• npm ci: passed with isolated cache
• npm run typecheck: passed
• npm test: 89/89 passed
• npm run build: passed
• npm audit --omit=dev: 0 vulnerabilities
• Preview: non-paid and provided-state checks passed; paid routes returned x402 v2 402 challenges at the configured amounts/network/payTo. Temporary branch-scoped Preview credentials were removed after verification.
• No real x402 payment was performed.
