Summary

• Reframe the README and current-facing product documentation around Valtide as a validation layer for tokenized equity collateral.
• Clarify the current NVDAx, SPYx, and AAPLx operational scope; keep QQQx research-only; distinguish model-based xStock/P1a-C evidence, separately sourced X-Perp evidence, Underlying Anchor context, Evidence State, Policy Action, and consumer enforcement.
• Mark the old frontend design brief and quant handoff status as historical while preserving their provenance.
• Add a static README logo faithful to the settled Hero mark and remove the unused ?view=logo prototype route while keeping the active animated Hero logo unchanged.
• Pin the dev-only Ruff dependency to 0.16.10 for reproducible linting, remove the unused zero-byte apps/api/.gitkeep marker, and add current-surface semantic regression checks.

No backend runtime, classifier, quant model, calibration, research result, contract, deployment, scheduler, publisher, or console behavior was changed. The only handoff hash refresh is the approved quant/runtime/README.md record in quant/HANDOFF_MANIFEST.json; no model/research artifact hashes were changed and no v1/v2 evaluator migration was performed.

Validation

• Backend: 359 tests passed locally; exact-head GitHub backend job passed.
• Quant service: 11 tests passed locally; exact-head GitHub quant and handoff job passed (12 deterministic runtime tests plus summary/manifest/integrity checks).
• Frontend: 62 tests, typecheck, and build passed locally.
• Exact-head GitHub Contracts job passed; local Foundry was unavailable (forge not installed).
• Quant runtime verification, deterministic tests, research summary check, handoff manifest check, and handoff verification passed.
• git diff --check: passed.
• Ruff is pinned to 0.16.10; exact-head CI run 38277869841 passed all four jobs: Quality + Demo, Backend Tests, Quant Tests, and Contracts.
• No Vercel deployment/check was reported for this PR head.
