Entrepreneur · Marketer · Builder of AI-native organizations
Based in Dongguan, China.
I turn tacit expertise into systems that AI can understand, execute, evaluate, and improve.
AI is not added. It is activated.
My work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, brand strategy, content, consumer business, talent networks, and applied AI.
- Partner at a Chinese media and technology group with approximately 500 team members
- Co-founder of a food retail company that has grown to more than 30 stores
- President of the Dongguan Talent Resources Development Promotion Association 东莞市人才资源发展促进会
- MSc in Marketing, Coventry University
After more than a decade of building brands, teams, and operating systems, I am now focused on a practical question:
How can human judgment become executable organizational capital?
A framework for distilling experience into structured knowledge, decision rules, workflows, permissions, evaluations, and agents—so an organization can execute and improve without depending on constant human explanation.
Current experiments include:
- AI Input Method — turns scattered human expression into structured, AI-ready intent and measures token savings
- Understanding Alignment Engine — adapts the same idea for people with different knowledge, context, and interests
- KOL MATCH — an agentic system for matching brand objectives and budgets with suitable creators
- AI Brand Systems — turns positioning, content, design rules, and marketing workflows into reusable skills
- TK-Bank — one API for accessing Chinese AI models: tkbank.ai
These are developed from real operating problems rather than demo-first experiments.
- Start with the real decision, not the prompt.
- Distill judgment, not just documents.
- Give AI explicit authority, constraints, and evaluation criteria.
- Keep humans responsible for direction, exceptions, and irreversible decisions.
- Treat every completed project as new organizational memory.
