…w skill Records the shape used for the review-pass fix rounds: all agreed findings of one pass on one fix/* branch in one signed commit, source- of-truth re-verification while implementing, full local gate + docs regen, binary verification of CLI-behavior fixes, a pre-commit fresh-eyes diff review by two read-only sub-agents (correctness lens + convention lens), and the CHANGELOG umbrella-entry shape. The follow-up issue section now reflects the actual practice of appending one comment per pass to the existing grouped NTH issue instead of opening a new issue each pass.
