kasapi-cli subdomains get <name>analogous todomains get: callsget_subdomainswith asubdomain_namefilter, unwraps the single-entry array, and renders the singularSubdomainas a key/value table with SSL cert PEM bodies summarised as<bytes,lines>. Completes theget_subdomainssurface from #8 (per KAS doc, the endpoint acceptssubdomain_nameas parameter).
