docs(ci-gates): describe the live protection after the #244 apply - #265

Branch protection on main was applied on 2026-10-23. Three passages were still written for the state before that: - the missing-secret log line now quotes what _ai-gate.yml prints; - the protection summary lists 6 required checks and conversation resolution on; - the --check section expects "summary: 0 drift, 17 ok".
