chore(release): bump main to 0.9.1.dev0 after v0.9.0 - #266

docs/RELEASING.md step 2 asks for this so builds between tags do not report the released version (issue #205). - The 7 version-sync sites now say 0.9.1.dev0. - Regenerated the plugin references and schemas/lnpl-grammar.json. The vocab digest changes with the version because vocabulary_document() embeds lnpl_version.
