This pull request upgrades CMTraerPhysics to Xcode 9.4.1 . The pull request
revives a great OpenGL physics demo repo which was no longer compiling to
code which Xcode 9.4.1 compiles and runs on iOS 9.0+ devices .
Changes include:
Tested on real "iPhone X" device and multiple simulators. The great demos
first created by Chris Miles live again! :-)
