Versions on Pypi broken #28

Description

@epruesse

It appears that on PyPi, the versions 1.10, 1.100 and 1.1000 exist, although without download links. 1.1000 is the "newest" as per Python version ordering. The versions 1.1.x are all not considered, because those 2016 releases are newer as per version ordering.

You could either delete those versions completely (might work since they offer no actual files) from Pypi, or release a new 1.1001 or 1.1000.15 that would actually supersede the existing 1.1000.
