Should onDrag visually "slide" the items when reducedMotion=true?

File reducedMotion = true, I half-expect that dragging the carousel would change the slides based on the velocity, but the drag itself would not have any visual effects (until user lets go).

What do you think @ciampo ?

It's a tricky one. I have a few thoughts about reducedMotion:

• On one hand, I would like to disable the drag completely, as dragging the slides is motion
• On the other hand, if there aren't any other UI controls, drag would be the only way to control the carousel (together with keyboard)
• Also, should this feature be a property/attribute, or should it use the CSS media query instead?

Honestly, I don't have an issue with changing the slides based on the velocity when reduced motion in on — I guess a user preferring reduced motion is going to be fine with the slides changing one at a time
