The admin moves to the newest shared contract. Nothing an operator sees changes in this PR. Admin.

Before you start

• Sign in as: operator

1. Sign in to the admin — Expect: the Dashboard loads with its tiles as before.
2. Click the "Mail" tile header — Expect: the Mail page opens on "Outreach" and its threads list as before.
3. Click "Inbox" — Expect: the inbox list loads as before.

Regression

Reports and events — [Admin]

1. On the Dashboard, click the "Reports" tile header, click the "All" chip and open a report — Expect: the report detail and its "Chat" section load as before.
2. Click "Dashboard", click the "Events" tile header and open an event — Expect: the event detail loads as before.

• Nothing beyond the steps above: this PR only moves the contract version, and typecheck, lint and tests pass on it.

• The exact contract-validation command and accompanying before/after artifacts were captured, with no repository changes; only the requested validation artifacts were created.
