Adopt the released @civfix/shared 0.58.0

What changed

The console now uses the released shared contract instead of the pre-release build it was pinned to while the hours work was in progress. The two are identical, so nothing in the console looks or behaves differently.

Before you start

• Where: admin.civfix.dev, after merge (staging)
• Sign in as: an operator

Verify

1. Open "Users" and click any account — Expect: the account opens with its "Reports" list
2. Click the "Hours" tab — Expect: the "Total hours", "Entries" and "Voided" tiles and the list, or "No hours yet"; no "Could not load this"

Regression

1. Open "Reports", "Moderation" and "Organizations" from the Dashboard — Expect: each loads as before
2. On an account, click "Events" and "Messages" — Expect: they load as before
