Split it into logical modules (commands + shared server_types). Added five real slash-commands for listing users, renaming, private messaging, color changes, and help. Cleaned up a few minor C-API mishaps (headers, redundant zeroing). Ensured all shared functions / globals use a single, matching declaration in server_types.h.
