Blocking the publish.yml update as written. The alpha11 release failed under setup-java v6.0.0 with gpg: signing failed: No pinentry, and v6.0.1 does not change the Maven signing-key import or passphrase configuration code.
The repository exports MAVEN_GPG_PASSPHRASE, while setup-java v6 defaults gpg-passphrase-env-var to GPG_PASSPHRASE and configures maven-gpg-plugin to read that absent variable. If we want v6.0.1, publish.yml must also set:
gpg-passphrase-env-var: MAVEN_GPG_PASSPHRASEThe CI and Pages bumps are otherwise fine.
