Rolls the branch back to
6106e3band documents that e-paper devices must stay on ESP-IDF 5.5.x untilvroland/epdiysupports 6.x.c54e119("Pin epdiy to PR #477 head…") and6187791("Drop ESP-IDF 5.x compatibility paths…") so the tree matches6106e3b. Reverts are used instead of a force-push to keep history forward-only.
