Fixes #186
Before: Limits calculated only for current time. Original axes limits updated when either variable, or time changes.
After: Limits calculated for all times at once. Original axes limits updated only when variable changes.
While zoom does not affect "original limits", changing the original limits forces an axes update. So previously, when zoomed in on an image, the limits would always reset when different times yielded different extents. Now this cannot happen anymore.
