Tidying up of the claudius-examples

Below tasks are done:

• Removed empty tests
• Removed opam files
• Updated dune-project fields (everything except synopsis and description)

We can maybe start with the below things once we have a finalized list of all the examples that we need to move

• Addition of a minimal README
• Adding maybe a screenshot or animated GIF under docs
• Adding synopsis and description
