Description
Debian post-install script now will capture and restore state of preexisting
clearpath_prefixed services.Related issue
Users may manually disable services, but after updating packages, the postinstall script after installing
ros-jazzy-clearpath-robotwill re-add and re-enable all Clearpath services.Related pull requests

Disabled services are no longer re-enabled after running
sudo clearpath_robot/scripts/postinst
