Replace placeholder backend-handles-llm keys with a real NATS chat adapter when USE_BACKEND and USE_CENTRALIZED_LLM are set. Adapter currently lives in report_analyst/core/ — folder placement to review later.
Centralized LLM chat adapter is an enterprise dependency; core DocumentAnalyzer imports it only when USE_CENTRALIZED_LLM is on.
