This is the official documentation for Clipposaurus, a secure, zero-knowledge digital clipboard for sharing text and code.
This repository specifically contains the documentation and changelog pages for Clipposaurus.
Clipposaurus is your instant, zero-signup, open-source digital clipboard with true end-to-end encryption. Share text and code across any device in seconds by creating a Drop. Your Drop lives for up to 1 hour — then it's automatically and permanently erased. We can't see your content, track you, or recover anything later. Privacy isn't a feature here — it's the foundation.
Beta Notice: Clipposaurus is currently in beta testing. You may encounter errors, bugs, or temporary service unavailability as we improve the platform. Please report any issues you experience.
- Zero-Knowledge Architecture: Only you control your encryption keys
- No Sign-up Required: Instant access without accounts or logins
- End-to-End Encryption: Your data is encrypted before leaving your device
- Automatic Deletion: Drops expire and are permanently erased after maximum 1 hour
- Cross-Platform: Works on any device with a web browser
- Open Source: Transparent and auditable codebase
