Fixed

• compute can write Excel output (Write Excel output from compute #95). With an .xlsx output path it used to crash with Cannot invoke "clojure.lang.IFn.invoke(Object, Object)" because "this.out" is null. With an Excel input, it would have written csv text into the .xlsx file. Now compute collects the rows in memory, writes them to sheet Sheet1 with clojask-io's write-excel, and returns a dataframe read back with read-excel. Excel workbooks are built in memory, so the output must fit in memory. An .xls path is rejected with a TypeException before the existing file is touched.

• docs/documentation.md documents select-col, delete-col and reorder-col (Document select-col, delete-col and reorder-col #94, fixed in 2.1.1) and the output formats of compute (Write Excel output from compute #95).

Version bumped to 2.1.2 in project.clj and the README install snippets.
