Document our stack more comprehensively

• Add badges for dependencies (Deno, Zod, lychee) in the readme
• We have a more general plan to improve the organization of files in this repo. That will include setting up a docs folder. It will then also make sense to have a doc outlining our tech stack, with a particular focus on external dependencies.

This is something that was specifically asked for today here at SUB, maybe it would be a good idea to finalize at least a draft before we have the presentation here in Hamburg (that is end of the year +-)

That shouldn't be a problem. I can also emphasize in documenting our dependencies that they're all development-related, not necessary at runtime.
