…ferenced favicon-crucible.png and og-crucible.png were generated into public/ and never linked. The page kept an SVG-only favicon, and its og:image pointed at product-crucible.png — a 2.5 MB square illustration, not a 1200×630 card, which is what a scraper crops badly and a timeline shows small.
