feat: bring cinematic motion to the Ratatui cockpit - #24
Conversation
Add time-based page, focus, modal, chart and result choreography with a separate monotonic UI clock. Enhance live measurements with orbital gauge accents, measured peak marker, spring trails, phase indicators and real sample trace. Preserve exact readings, native palettes, offline navigation and cancellation. Respect reduced motion, settle idle effects and retain the legacy direct-run gauge. Include deterministic GIFs, before/after captures and motion/PTY regressions.

The cockpit's static navigation and sparse live feedback did not match the expressive interface requested. This adds a coordinated motion system while preserving exact measurements and immediate keyboard control.
Landed after #23 for v0.9.0. This PR contains the animation pass.

Synthetic engine events and saved fixtures, 120×38, explicitly selected Graphite palette. These are exact Ratatui cell captures, not mockups or WAN measurements. GIF capture cadence is 20 fps, not a performance claim.

26da4a6. Pixel assertions cover the affected cells, GIF durations/loops are preserved, and all other images remain byte-identical. Clarified reduced motion: moving accents freeze while static rings and the measured peak marker remain visible. Both review threads are resolved with evidence.
