Drop unmaintained netifaces dependency

Hello, netifaces is unmaintained and archived since many years with outstanding bugs to Python 3.14 and no plan to fix the bugs.

Please drop the use of netifaces from greeclimate

See for an example Bluetooth-Devices/aiodiscover#190 the background info and reasoning is more clearly explained what is involved to drop netifaces
