Description
Gree/Heiwa AC units expose a "Sec" (Dry/Dehumidify) toggle in the app that is independent from hvac_mode: dry.
It appears as a separate toggle in the advanced settings panel, visible regardless of the current hvac_mode (cool, heat, etc.), similar to how Sleep (SwhSlp) works as an overlay.
This toggle is currently not mapped in greeclimate.

No property in Props maps to this toggle.
Expected behavior
A new Props entry mapping to the "Sec" toggle, allowing it to be controlled and read from HA.
