Adds a new Meshery section with proposed LFX Mentorship (2026 Term 2) project ideas to the existing Term 2 project ideas document.
Changes:
- Introduces a new “### Meshery” section under the Term 2 project ideas.
- Adds four Meshery project idea entries (relationships/solutions architecture, AI/LLM adapter, agentic CI workflows overhaul, OCI registry support).
