Move 12 project ideas (KubeArmor, Kubernetes/Headlamp x5, KubeSlice x2, Meshery x4) from project_ideas.md to the Accepted Projects section of the LFX 2026 Term 2 README, ordered by CNCF project name then project title. Update the Table of Contents accordingly. Also fix a copy-paste error in the Tinkerbell entry's label line. @nate-double-u, Hi sir, Why is knative functions still here in project_ideas.md? I guess due to this knative functions project in not loading on https://lfx.linuxfoundation.org/tools/mentorship/
