Feature: Along-shore Seaside Damage Variability Statistics

• We already compute mean cumulative damage (S bar) through the damage progression analysis.
• This would apply to each transect individually.
• In order to see Along-shore variability we would need to pick all rubble mound transects on the reach and plot the statistics.
• We are solving for the edge cases of each parameter (-3<=X*<=3)

I incorporated the alongshore variability. I enclosed all changes in comments like

It would be good to come up with a way to summarize this information and output it. There is no output yet.

Perhaps summary info could be abstracted such that it works for all responses (/hazards) in the alongshore when we have multiple transects? Start with basic metrics (# transects, alongshore length) then get into stats and/or plots of geometry/hazards/responses (may require one per frequency of interest or lifecycle)
