Move the Windows builder plugin to the platform package layout and add a Pink custom build view. Expose Visual Studio CMake generator discovery through the custom extension host, preserve an empty default generator, and retain user selections. Add Windows build view metadata, i18n, asset mappings, and public option type updates. Harden shared CMake path resolution for bundled extension hosts.
