Summary

init-deep update-mode refresh of the AGENTS.md knowledge base against origin/main at the commit recorded in .omo/init-deep.json. Existing files were edited in place (stale paths, counts, commands and conventions reconciled with the current tree); new AGENTS.md files were added only where a directory now earns one by the init-deep scoring matrix. 72 files updated, 32 created (104 AGENTS.md files); root stays 165 lines with PROTOCOL / DELIVERY STOP INVARIANT / CHANGES.MD TRACKER POLICY sections byte-identical.

Docs-only: no source, config, or test files change.

QA / evidence

• Every digest-declared AGENTS.md path exists; new files are 30-46 lines, root did not grow.
• only *AGENTS.md and .omo/init-deep.json are in the diff (git status scope check); .md is outside the changes.md production scope, so the PR carries no-changelog.
• Spot-checked claims against the tree (e.g. MSRV, hotspot LOC) before commit.

Residual risk

Prose only; a wrong claim misleads an agent but breaks nothing at runtime. Verdict lines from the DAG verify node were re-checked mechanically in the driving session.
