Integrate per-record proxy ownership and namespace sync runtime #27
Integrate the per-record proxy ownership format from garden issue210, replacing Gitpa's monolithic proxy manifest consumption without losing task-import ownership, assets, protected publication properties, or conflict checks.
Acceptance:
Consume the agreed source API/layout through actual proxy task import; preserve existing graph ownership and publication/RSS metadata.
Adapt namespace helper and meaningful migration/apply/repeat/conflict fixtures; verify imported runtime execution, site preparation, homepage queries and RSS checks.
Validate the new record layout is portable and reviewable, with no monolithic manifest rewrites during independent namespace syncs.
Preserve pending namespace PR23/24 and human changes; do not publish new episodes.
Blocked by garden issue210/source implementation. Dedicated worker gitpa_listener; contract planning active, implementation waits for agreed source API. Session 01a110f1-45c5-7633-ad92-c6f9f7f131d8. Integration branch/worktree will be recorded after this issue obtains its number.
Dedicated worker gitpa_listener owns consumer integration planning. Branch codex/27-proxy-record-integration, worktree /Users/Myer/ghq/github.com/codekiln/gitpa/.worktrees/27-proxy-record-integration, session 01a110f1-45c5-7633-ad92-c6f9f7f131d8, starting from current Gitpa main. No layout implementation before the source contract is agreed.
Runtime manifest consumers are imported task_imports.py (source declarations and destination ownership) and unused legacy companions.py. The namespace helper uses the shared core Plan API and task_imports.extend_plan; build, RSS and site preparation have no direct manifest readers. README and proxied entity/task definitions document the old layout. Required checks cover migration atomicity, independent namespace imports, repeat idempotence, task and local edit conflicts, assets and publication/RSS preservation, then existing PR23/24 adoption without manual JSON conflicts.
Blocked by source garden issue210; coordinating the API/layout with its dedicated source worker. Existing namespace PR23/24 are separately receiving actual source-main provenance refreshes after PR211 merged.
--AI(gpt-6-unspecified proxy records integration planning)
Source/consumer contract agreed before implementation: retain the core Plan/build/add/apply and task_imports.extend_plan API. New public records helpers expose load/store/path mapping while deriving legacy aggregate dictionaries in memory. Persist separate page records (identity/declarations/task/import) and file records (shared output ownership), with canonical encoded keys and no global committed index.
Migration must atomically split/delete the legacy v1 manifest with expected-content guards; ordinary sync changes only selected records and preserves date/forge provenance for unchanged source. Explicit provenance refresh handles source-branch to main. Remove/rename operations retain publication properties and shared task ownership. Namespace fixtures need access to guarded deletions and migration planning. The imported sync task must declare records.py in its companion mapping.
Implementation remains blocked on the source210 reviewed/pushed contract. No layout code changed yet in consumer27; planning worker active while existing namespace provenance refresh completes.
Consumer contract planning complete; worker gitpa_listener is idle while source issue210 implements the agreed API. No layout code or PR exists yet, and codex/27-proxy-record-integration remains clean at current Gitpa main 7e0e499, worktree /Users/Myer/ghq/github.com/codekiln/gitpa/.worktrees/27-proxy-record-integration, session 01a110f1-45c5-7633-ad92-c6f9f7f131d8.
Resume actual runtime import/migration and namespace helper/test adaptation once the source worker provides pushed per-record implementation. Source format must be adopted on PR23/24 before those namespace branches merge. Both existing namespace provenance refreshes are complete and preserve B2 assets and publication/RSS metadata.
