Install the staged-file guard with `lefthook install`. It uses the machine's `mise run secrets:scan` task. GitHub Actions scans the public source before publishing.

The homepage lists published episodes by publication time, newest first. Preparation normalizes publication timestamps to UTC in the temporary website graph so different timezone offsets sort chronologically. Run `mise install` and `npm ci`, then `mise run site:query:check` to test the actual query, result transform and view using the Logseq file parser. Before running the query, the check rewrites `(pull ?b [*])` the way the Logseq app does, which drops page names; the homepage query therefore pulls `?p`. The check includes false and string-valued publication fixtures. PR builds upload a `gitpa-website` artifact for browser review.

Instrument namespaces can be previewed or refreshed as a batch with `mise run namespace:sync --source /path/to/source-garden --namespace Launchpad`. Add `--apply` to import, or `--report /tmp/launchpad-report.json` to save the audit. The command discovers the root and every existing descendant on each run, scans the whole source graph for logical namespace references without source content, and brings supporting entity/frontmatter dictionaries, parent definitions, companion tasks and linked assets through the shared proxy planner. One recoverable plan validates collisions and local task edits before writing. Imported reference pages default to `public:: true`; existing destination publication choices and protected tags remain intact. External links outside that supporting closure are reported for follow-up.

For the currently pending proxy importer review, use the `codex/202-proxy-task-import-docs` source worktree as the explicit source. The namespace command needs the reviewed `task_imports.py` runtime from [garden PR #203](https://github.com/codekiln/logseq-encode-garden/pull/203). After the dependency merges, use the registered garden checkout to update branch provenance to main.

# Microfreak references

Gitpa imports the complete `Microfreak` namespace under its source names, including the guide, presets, CLI notes and metadata pages. [Issue #18](https://github.com/codekiln/gitpa/issues/18) tracks the import; [the audit](microfreak-namespace-audit.json) lists imported definitions and references that need follow-up.

The source inventory includes the original 611 reference pages and 130 matching Asset/B2 pages. The shared planner includes their entity definitions and supporting dictionaries; the audit records the complete current inventory. All imported bodies and protected tags match the source. Destination publication properties expose the reference pages while retaining existing local choices; proxy provenance and ownership remain in the checked-in manifest.

The user guide has 594 navigation targets and the namespace has 212 page embeds. All resolve in the imported graph. All 130 guide images use verified public B2 URLs. Their former local PNGs are removed; the source retains page-named DVC backups and restoration metadata. The logical references `Microfreak/Docs` and `Microfreak/Preset/Initialized` have no source files and remain references without invented content.

## Refresh

Run from the repository root. Preview discovers the current root and descendants, including newly added pages:

```sh
mise run namespace:sync --source /path/to/logseq-encode-garden --namespace Microfreak --report /tmp/microfreak-audit.json
```

Apply the validated batch:

```sh
mise run namespace:sync --source /path/to/logseq-encode-garden --namespace Microfreak --report /tmp/microfreak-audit.json --apply
```

The current source is the explicit `codex/204-guide-images-b2` worktree from [garden PR #211](https://github.com/codekiln/logseq-encode-garden/pull/211), supplying the verified B2 guide image URLs. After that dependency merges, select the registered garden checkout and refresh source URLs to the default branch.

## References for follow-up

The audit reports logical supporting hubs without content, including `Logseq/Entity/Preset` and the `up`, `prev`, and `next` frontmatter dictionary pages. Navigation values themselves resolve; these missing dictionary pages describe the property names.

External links include Arturia/MCC guides, Elektroid, music-log references, and general garden topics. The report also contains literal examples, aliases and date-page references from the shared definition documentation; an absent exact page file does not establish a missing logical page. The two `MyPage/...` embed warnings come from examples in shared frontmatter documentation. Every Microfreak guide embed has source and destination content.

Shared entity definitions and manifest ownership are integrated sequentially after the [Launchpad/helper import](https://github.com/codekiln/gitpa/issues/19) and [existing proxy refresh](https://github.com/codekiln/gitpa/pull/21). The repeated namespace preview reports no further writes.
