…-2026-0381 and 0382 cargo audit fails on main and on every open branch: rustls-webpki 0.103.15 may accept a distrusted intermediate certificate, and webpki-roots 1.0.9 bundles roots that trust distrusted emSign intermediates. `cargo update --precise` on each crate. `cargo audit` then reports only the allowed tokio warning, and `cargo check --workspace --all-targets` passes.
