Every gitpa proxy page now comes from logseq:entity:proxy:page:sync run against logseq-encode-garden main plus codekiln/logseq-encode-garden#192, which keeps the source checkout's path out of the manifest. Bodies were already identical to the garden; the run refreshed the sync date, brought the new Executable sync section of Logseq/Entity/Proxy/Page, and imported the task, its entity definitions and the import manifest. Mise now discovers the imported task from gitp-garden/mise-tasks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

logseq:entity:proxy:page:sync --applywroteimports.<key>.source_graphas the source checkout's absolute path. In codekiln/gitpa#12 that put a home-directory path intogitp-garden/.logseq-proxy/manifest.json, which gitpa's secretlint rule rejects, and a re-sync from a worktree instead of the main checkout rewrote every import record.The field now holds the graph's path inside its repository (
.for this garden). Nothing reads the field, so existing manifests keep working; their records change once on the next sync.Verification: added
test_manifest_records_repository_relative_graph. It fails on main and passes with the change; the other 15 sync tests pass.gitpa#12 needs this merged before its committed manifest matches what a sync from garden main writes.
